Our Neighborhood is a Great Place to Live!
Loch Braemar subdivision is located in Chesterfield County, Virginia,
near the intersection of Providence and Courthouse Roads. A quiet subdivision
nearing its 30th birthday, the quiet streets are lined with mature trees
and primarily 2-story Colonial-style homes. This neighborhood is home
to families of all sorts, those with children, no children, newlyweds,
empty nesters and retirees. Gregory's Pond is located within the subdivision
limits and offers a gorgeous view of "nature" just outside your
door.
To facilitate neighbor relationships and just plain "have fun",
the Loch Braemar Community Association has at times hosted the following
activities.
- Easter Parade
- Memorial Day Barbecue at the pool
- Several "movie nights" at the pool throughout the summer
- Summer pool parties
- Labor Day Barbecue at the pool
- Fall Neighborhood Yard Sale
- Christmas Caroling
