Common Interest Fee Mailings have gone out.  This is a requested fee for use in our neighborhood to maintain the front entrance, print an occasional newsletter and maintain our website.

You have an opportunity to correct any information the we have wrong in the neighborhood directory.  We really would like E-mails and hope to use those more in the future.

Please send in your check for $30 and update our information for the database.

We have a huge need for many more pool members this year.  To that end, we are improving our early mailing and offering the same rate for all Loch Braemar Residents. This rate is slightly discounted from the rate that non-residents will pay.  

The 2006 Fees are

Residents of Loch Braemar
Family  $230
Couple: $170
Single $140  (over age 18)

Associate Members (Non-residents)
Family: $295
Couple: $235
Single $170 (over age 18)
